Latest Project Update | Large Cylindrical Acrylic Aquarium Installation

A recent project update from Jiangsu, China.

This large cylindrical acrylic aquarium was transported horizontally and then carefully lifted, rotated, and positioned vertically on site.

One of the key challenges was the extremely limited installation space. Once upright, the clearance between the top of the cylinder and the building structure was only approximately 20 cm.

This required precise coordination of lifting points, load distribution, rotation angle, and final positioning throughout the installation process.

With the cylinder now in place, the next stages will include structural securing, sealing, interior aquascaping, life support system installation and commissioning, followed by filling and testing.
